man, my arms/chest are sore today. my legs are fine. however i am miffed as at the gym they've taken away my fave machine. the hip adductor/abductor machine aka the spread your legs machine. i was damn good at that one too!

hehe, i might get to play with my dance mat tonight if enough people are out. and if i don't get distracted by chatting to people. hmmm. oooh and i must plot birthday things for Elly and Ellie. haha!

good lord! Orchard FM has played like 4 songs in a row that i love! now they're playing Travis - Circle. this is possibly my fave Travis song. i love Travis. i want to squeeze cute little Franny and his quiffy hair and adorable accent.

oooooooooh LeAnn Rimes! i love music. despite the fact i've been writing in my journal i really think i have been more productive at work since bringing in my little radio. it makes me happy, and a happy Kathryn is more inclined to work.

if i get into london paddington at 18.15 will i have enough time to get to the highbury&islington tube station and then just down the road by 19:30 - which is when doors open.

i'm certainly hoping so. do you want to meet somewhere for a pre-Heather drink?

but i won't book any train tickets yet. however i HAVE booked the actual Heather tickets. which is good.
