man, my arms/chest are sore today. my legs are fine. however i am miffed as at the gym they've taken away my fave machine. the hip adductor/abductor machine aka the spread your legs machine. i was damn good at that one too!

hehe, i might get to play with my dance mat tonight if enough people are out. and if i don't get distracted by chatting to people. hmmm. oooh and i must plot birthday things for Elly and Ellie. haha!
