Oh no you don't! It's not ruined for the week! It's important to take it one day at a time, and forgive yourself for those silly kinds of mistakes. Because if you're really hard on yourself and tell yourself you're doomed for the rest of the *week* if you ate one little cookie or brownie or whatever, you're setting yourself up for failure, and that's bad. Take it one day at a time, and allow yourself to have treats now and then. Actually, that's what makes me want to get on the treadmill and work even harder, knowing I had some treats and now it's time to balance it all out.

Kathryn: you haven't failed for the week. That would be like me spending too long on the computer/not getting enough sleep one day in the week and then deciding that it didn't matter what I did for the rest. Not Good, in other words.

Glad it was yummy, anyway. :)
