eeep. snowed under at work. snowed under at home. if only it would actually snow, cos i like snow.
Manda and i had a cunning plan that involved mestealing borrowing a hub and network cable from the office so we could play IWD2 on LAN, but we were thwarted by my lameass computer. poo to it.
instead we played on one laptop and watched the start of Eddie Izzard - Sexie. it's so funny. we'll watch the other half next week.
last night Carl called! woo! it was nice chatting to him. Ellylicious called too but i felt rude about leaving Manda hanging about so i couldn't chat to her for long and then i felt bad because Nick is far far away. but hopefully i can speak to the Ellster tonight.
the Brum boys and girls must be up to something, today i had email from Dan and VicM and text from G.
going out for Martin's leaving do tonight - curry at the Perkin. rar, cheap Wetherspoons curry. not half as fun as Brum curry, but nevermind eh. meh, headache.

Don't worry about not being able to chat for long - you were right to go back to Manda and we can talk this evening or on Saturday or something.
Anyway, I did rather need an early night...
Oooh! I had a phone call from Nick about an hour ago. He's in a very posh hotel. He's jet-lagged and finding it all rather stressful. They flew him economy class all the way to Beijing and then made him do a full days work when his body thought it was the middle of the night! Evil Panasonic. :(
I must take my measurements later - I want him to buy me a present and maybe he'll get something for me to where. :)
Ooh, before I forget - are you still happy to lend out your Nazgul costume at the RotK party? I might do some organising of that today and when I send out the e-mail I might mention costumes that are going spare.

ooooh lucky Nick in the poncy hotel. i completely avoided jetlag when i went to japan - but i rule jetlag!

hmmm, i'm not sure about the Nazgul costume yet. at the moment i feel like i should hold onto it because i might be too busy to make a new one, but if party is end of Jan time i might be able to manage it by then. just not sure who i want to go as... eek. i'll say i'll hold onto it at the moment but when i've had a little think i may say someone can borrow it.
