the puzzle piece behind the couch

so last night i went to bed just after 1am. but i didn't go to sleep, no no. Mr Shiny phoned me and we spoke til 3am. ooops. it was very nice. he's a sweet boy. geeky, but sweet.

got up at 10ish and packed some bits and then got train to Newbury. evil_nick picked me up and took me to the dump! wooohooo! we got to smash bottle and stuff. it's a cool dump. we picked up Rebecca from the station then went back home where loveliest mirabehn had made soup. yum.

i gave Elly & Nick some lap trays (with the padded bit underneath) so they can eat their dinner on their laps in comfort. :) it's a bit of an old granny present but hey, i think they'll find them useful.

poor Nick had to go back (yes back) to work so we girls did some packing in the bedroom. and used up some bits of makeup. i have random coloured lipstick on and glitter and i did have silver mascara but i think i rubbed it off. i remember the reaosn i never wear makeup - i rub my face far too often and would end up looking a smeary state.

we watched some 1st season League of Gentlemen, which Rebecca was highly amused by. and then while Elly pootled and Nick sorted stuff out i made curry for dinner. which we ate while watching some Angel. mmmmmmm the Groo. bless.

now we're doing some more pootling. and i played Sex Tetris! but i'm not very good at it at all. you're supposed to match the men and women up into positions where they could shag but i have problems because a] i'm tidy and just want to play it like normal tetris and b] i forget you have to put men with women and end up with big piles of women in sexy positions that you don't get any points for. and big piles of men too. pah i say to that!

i am very very very VERY happy to be here. i am always so happy being around Elly and Nick. yay for them!!!
