my left tricep is SO DEAD!

Oysterband were pretty good last night. and June Tabor was good (but covering velvet Underground is not a good idea in my opinion). and some annoying guys called Show of Hands who were not good.. and a CUTE fiddle/Uillean pipes/whistle player called James O'Grady. mmmmmmmmmm. he is TASTY. the Jefferson Airplane cover (White Rabbit) was better than VU. but Kate Rusby's version of Dark Eyed Sailor is FAR superior. also drainpipe's ex, James was there. he's nice. i don't remember why they split up.

since we got back after midnight it was technically Dad's birthday so he opened his presents. i got him a compass, cos last time he went walking they followed his compass but got lost cos it was totally broken. north was pointing sort of south west i think. then after that i had a bath and listened to more of A Christmas Carol. i think i went to sleep at about 2am.

i burnt my bagel this morning. i was not happy.

however! i was cheered up because we have a new vehicle coming in soon with a registration starting RJ53. this is cute because in the phoenetic alphabet it's Romeo Juliet 53! CUTENESS! (i am so soppy! i want cuddles! waaaaah.)

i asked Ben out to the pub at some point. i await his reply. he has tidy fingernails. (i noticed yesterday.) this pleases me.

i got a text from Rachel thanking me for the birthday card i sent her and saying it's a pity i couldn't make it to her birthday piss up. but miff - she never even invited me! (i wouldn't have been able to go anyway... but still. the principle!)

another annoying thing. we have a piece of software that we bought. it says this:

GAH! we have purchased software with crap grammar! it drives me insane!
