the puzzle piece behind the couch

so tuesday night i was babysitting and Sam & George asked me to sing to them! oh the embarrassment. even if it was only Twinkle Twinkle Little Star and The Grand Old Duke Of York. i also had to read three books. 'Mog's Mumps' (gotta love Meg & Mog), 'Pi-Shu The Panda' and 'Santa's Bad Day'. superb. but the kitties would not play with me. SmokeyJoe was nowhere to be seen and PlumPlum just mewed at me wanting food even though he'd just been fed.

last night i went with olinima to the cinema. we had dinner at The Coal Orchard, where i had side salad with no dressing because that (or jacket potato with beans which i didn't feel like) was the only vegan thing to eat.

we walked along by the river instead of down the roads. it was really nice. we saw bunnies, ducks, a heron, a rat(!) and a well cute little mousie. we should go on walks more often but i don't think she really likes the countryside that much.

Charlie's Angels Full Throttle is hilarious and very very gay. why did i never think of reading CA slash eh? silly me. must check it out now. it was so cheesily amusing and gay. we loved it muchly.

and we saw a PotC trailer!!! oooooh Johnny Depp says to Orli "i'll take you" (and follows this with something like out of here/on my ship whatever but we were just thinking about Capt Sparrow taking Will... but i have told Mindypie she should NOT read any of the slash til we've seen the film.

also yesterday afternoon i called mirabehn and i think we greatly cheered each other up. well i know she cheered me up a lot. i am hopefully going to buy her and evil_nick's record player as i need one to play all my snazzy records and they need to get rid of stuff beore they move. i suggested they have a don't bring, just buy sale. i could make fairy cakes for it. hehe.
