the puzzle piece behind the couch

slept through the rugby - yay! faffed about a whole lot and had some very nice coffee. we decided to go for lunch at Tai in Soho. mmmmmmmmmm. on the way i bought some new wool needles since Jo threw my best one out cos i left it at hers when i was staying there.

Tai was superyummy as usual. i love it so much. and it was nice having their green tea. mmmm. when i could almost no longer move we left for a wander and ended up in the British Museum to see the 'Living & Dying' exhibition and some of the Asian part. Living & Dying was fabulous - there was one exhibit all about all the (legal/prescribed) drugs taken by people over the course of their lives. very snazzy.

after getting some fizzy passionfruit Rubicon (which i was highly pleased with) and some pootling we decided there was nothing we waned to see at the cinema so we got the train home, and fell asleep on it.

we got some Cherry Garcia icecream and started watching The Crow but stopped in time to see the results of Young Eurovision (cos Tristan's mum wanted to record Casualty) - how cheesy. then i thrashed Tristan's family at Uno, except for his Aunty Jo, who was good, but not as good as me. :) we also played Language Lotto. they probably all hate me now cos i was so excited about playing games. we finished watching The Crow (which was waaay cheesier than i remembered it to be) and went to bed.
