the puzzle piece behind the couch

Lin & Hannah's housewarming was nice, but Claire and i didn't get there til nearly 9 cos of Claire buying a new car that she wanted to show me. it's an MG Midget but it's a weird sandy fudge colour. hmmmm. and since the party started at like 2pm lots of people were leaving and lots of people were very drunk. Gill and Ruth were there and Gill is pregnant! so cute! they were telling me about how they did it with the syringe. hehe. baby is due in september. exciting.

mmmm yesterday was nice. i slept in late then went round to my friend Jo's who recorded Buffy
for me, armed with B&J's cookie dough icecream. watched the Buffy finale and cried into my icecream. watched the programme after that. then made some bread in Jo's breadmaker and started reading her husband's copy of Harry Potter. which was a bit naughty but ah well... got interrupted before the end by koozwaa calling me, so i have to go back today to finish it and watch the last two eps of Angel.

ooooooooooooooh and Heather Nova is playing in september. ooooooooooooh L&H will see her with me. very excited about this. maybe at brighton, or london, or even birmingham.

well. i finished HP. twas alright. in fact i was quite pleased that certain people didn't die.
watched last two eps of Angel. they were alright. Lilah is too yummy. i want to eat her.

that's about all i did today. wow i'm productive. i guess i'll go get ready to watch 6ft Under in bed. mmm.

tomorrow Leza will be back at work, which will be a very good thing. i think i needed this quiet slack weekend after the travelling larks. (which i WILL write up.)

the house is so busy. with all of us home there's just not enough space in the fridge or bathroom. i want to go see Wrong Turn just for the Eliza drooling. but no one else does. but Gus may go to see Charlie's Angels with me.
