the puzzle piece behind the couch

wooohaaaa, so thanks to kookie21 i got to catch up on Angel last night. mmmmm two Faith filled eps. highly tasty and often shocking!

now i only have to watch yesterday's Buffy and Angel. which had to be recorded because i was out counting votes at the local elections. and MAN it's such a fun job! so satisfying. we counted all the papers correctly first time, then had little sheets to mark off which candidates got the votes (cos we could vote for up to three). it was so much fun. i'd have done it for free. it's a bonus to be paid.

and our ward has stayed yellow, although only just. the blues were very close behind. and when we were ticking votes off the candidates were allowed to sit the other side of the table and stare at us! which was a little off putting to start with.

man, i'm so sad*, but that was a really fun night.


i lovelove this song. even though i don't really have a wild pagan heart. and Inky Suk is nice to listen to cos it reminds me of the time i went to see them in Brum, which also happened to be the Best Weekend Of My Life. (it was the best song in the world... the best song in the world...) hehe. look at me in a silly mood. it's friday and i'm going away for the weekend. yay!!!

you know what, i thought it was clever at first, but now i'm getting a bit sick of these 'my fandom...' icons.
