ooook!!!
Bleurgh. I hate filling in DSS forms. It's more tiring than walking. I suspect it of being more tiring than dancing, sex, running, jumping and climbing trees. I wouldn't know about the latter though, as I've never climbed a tree.
There are particular muscles used for writing by hand which go "ner ner ne ner ner you have ME you can't do me for 5 minutes without going floppp". Which given that the form is about activity levels, is kinda ironic...
